Aetherial offers so much more than mat time.  Professor Jay encourages students to extend their fitness goals beyond time on the mat by creating an actionable wellness plan for success.  Members enjoy access to a weight room, cold plunge and infrared sauna. All of these carefully designed to ensure solid training is built upon the necessary foundation of strength and conditioning followed with recovery.   We also offer a weekly stretch and mobility class.
